Missions

My heart is stirred with the good things God is wanting to accomplish in this hour. In the middle of very difficult and challenging times, I am greatly encouraged by God's heart and purpose to build and revive the Church and bring in the end time harvest.

The Lord has increased our vision for missions. Father God has put a very large burden and vision for Europe on my heart. In my research many countries in Europe have under 3 percent evangelicals believers. We are taking about 800 million people that makes up the continent of Europe. The Lord has burned in my heart a" New Macedonian Call ". We must prepare now for a massive gospel advance for Europe. In order to have a large harvest we must sow a lot of seed of the word of God and go forth in the power of the Spirit to reap the end time harvest.

We are moving forward in faith to accomplish the things in my heart. I am sharing the different projects that we believe the Lord is leading us to accomplish.
I have a destiny I believe to be a fire starter a revivalist if you will. This has been in my heart for 25 years. I have a prophetic message for the Church to be on fire with a passion and vision to arise and shine in the glory of God and reach the lost in this hour.

In Christ,
Kris Robbie

Harvest

Since beginning our ministry to Estonia in 1996 my wife and I have been involved in many different areas of ministry. Preaching and teaching, music
ministry, media and evangelism  have been our emphasis. I see this new  vision as a continuation of many of the things we have already done. Though the emphasis now is to reach a much larger harvest.

  New Macedonian call

And a vision appeared to Paul in the night: There was a man of Macedonia standing, beseeching him, and saying, Come over into Macedonia, and help us. (Act's 16:9 )

The Spiritual condition of Europe- In many European countries less then 3 percent are evangelical christians

Let us go forth and reap the end time harvest.
 In Christ,
Kris and Raili Robbie

Court.

This morning I went to the Paide Hospital, where Rosie has been since Wednesday night. She is doing good and she was released form the hospital. I was supposed to take her to Psychiatric hospial right after court. Since she had littel fever last night, they did not want to admit her there. I talked to her psychiatrist on the phone and we will go to see him next Monday. Rosie is coming with me to my friend's apartment, where we have been staying.
 COURT
This was the day we have been waiting for! This was the most important day of my trip!
We both were questioned separately at the courthouse by Judge. Rosie went in first and she seemed to be there for a long time! (like 20 minutes at least!) I was waiting behind the door and praying! (God, give her the right words to say...let the judge make right decision etc.)
Then it was my turn.
The first question the judge asked was obviously about her recent suicide attempt.
"What happened?" She asked...I gave my version of what I believe, could have happened...
I believe maybe someone from her school said something to her. Maybe teased her about going to Psychiatric Hospital for 2 months or something like that and as fragile she is in her emotions, she just broke down.
Other questions were about her father, who is in jail...About my relationship with Rosie, how long have I been in her life etc. (since her birth! was my answer....) The Judge also asked about America, how am I going to take care of her and her schooling. Also about my family, are they supportive of this and some questions about my religion.
Later that day Rosie's mother also met with the Judge and talked to her. She told her that she wants to surrender her parental rights and agrees with me being her legal guardian!
 So far so good!
The only problem roght now is her advocate....
Her advocate wants to talk to Rosie's doctor about what happened. To make sure that the suicide attempt was not because of her not wanting to go to live with me. I am not sure, when she will talk to him and if we need to wait much longer until everything is finalized...
I am glad for things going good and cannot wait for this whole thing to be over!
I do miss my family and my home! I am so ready to come back, but not until things are taken care of!

Unexpected news...and expected news...

I got a call on Thursday morning from Rosie's teacher. I did not expect this at all. Teacher sounded sad, but calm. She told me what had happened the night before...
Rosie had taken half of bottle of pills and left a note behind, telling: nobody needs me...
She did it in front of her friend who immidately called for help. Teacher came to her room and called ER and she was taken to hospital.
On Tuesday morning the same teacher called me and asked if Rosie will be returning to school. She goes to a boarding school, has been going there 4-5 years. Teacher told me, that she can come and she can start catching up with her schoolwork. It seemed good to me and I asked Rosie if she wanted to go back to school. She was very happy about it and wanted to go! I think she was getting little bored with me at home. We really did not do very much, while waiting on court case. Mostly just watching TV, spent time on the internet, went shopping and ate. Sometimes we spent time with some of my friends.
I knew she missed her schoolmates and teachers. We had a plan to go to her school and say goodbye before going to America. So, sending her to school did not seem bad idea to me.
The 2 weeks we spent together, Rosie seemed to be OK. I even asked her if she wanted to cut herself again. She said, she did not have a reason to do that.
When I sent her to school, I told her:"Promise me, you will not cut yourself again! Or you will have to go back to the Psychiatric hospital". She promised.
She had 3 differents medicines she had to take every day. She had been taken those after she was released from hospital. The same bottle of pills was on our table all this time and she took the meds every morning and night. I had no suspicion of her overdosing! When i sent her to school , I sent the medicine with her.
So, that call from the teacher came really out of the blue to me!
It must be one of the worst moments of my life!!!
I felt bad that I sent her to school. I thought I should have kept her with me. She was fine as long as she was with me. I felt betrayed by her as well. How could she do such a thing, knowing that I came all the way from America here for her!? It really hurt me!
But...I must be strong for her and for myself! God is with us and He is not going to leave us helpless!
Later I was able to talk to Rosie and I asked her, why would you do such a thing? She was crying and said :I dont know!
On the same day, on Thursday I received a call from the courthouse. They told me I have been scheduled to go for hearing at court on Monday. They also asked me if Rosie was with me and if I could take her with me to the court as well.
I had to tell them what happened. But if her condition allows, I will take her to court with me as well.
The next day I received a phone call from Rosie's advocate. She asked me, if she did this, because she did not want to come to America with me?
As much as I know, Rosie wants to live with me and come to America as well.

Greetings from Estonia!

Hello Everyone!

I have been in Estonia over 2 weeks now. It sure is different being here by myself, without ther rest of the family!
I got Rosangelica from the Psychiatric Hospital on 31st of January. She has been with me since then. At first she seemed little bit distant and was very quiet. After few days together, she did open up and has been back to her old self. I believe her health is getting better!
She is very hungry for God. She likes to read her Bible and sing worship songs! Today, on Tuesday, the 15th of February she returned to school.

Since the apartment we own in Estonia (in Viljandi) has been rented out, we have to stay with friends. God has blessed me tremendously. We have been staying with some friends here and there. But also, have been staying in some apartments by ourselves! Our needs are met.

Kris is doing good , taking care of the family by himself. I am sure he is ready for me to return home.
I miss home and my family as well!

I have not heard from the court yet. I do hope and believe that I do not have to stay in Estonia much longer.

The first few weeks the weather was not too bad here, just around 30 F. But just few days ago, it got to -25 C/ -15 F. Children in Estonia don't have to go to school, when it is below -20 C (-4F).
I am experiencing REAL Estonian winter here...

 Please keep us in prayers!
God bless!
Raili

UPDATE ON ROSIE's CASE!

I just found this morning that my niece Rosie is going to be released from the Psychiatric Hospital on the 31st of January.
I need to be in Estonia to get her from the hospital on 31st and I will leave Nashville on 28th to go to Estonia!
This was very sudden for me as well , but I am ready to go!
The Social worker from Estonia  told me that the Court hearing for her custody is in first part of  February.
I need to stay there until the court and little after. I will go in faith that things will work out for us!
Please keep us in prayer, as I am travelling and taking care of things in Estonia. Kris will stay here with kids for now.

Little bit about us!

Hello,
Our names are Kris and Raili Robbie.
Raili is from the country of Estonia and Kris is from Nashville TN.
We met in 1994 during Kris's first missions trip to Estonia as Raili was his translator. We were married in 1995 at Victory Fellowship Church in  Nashville. Our pastor is Bill McRay. We have been attending VFC since then. We have 2 sons, Aaron 12 and Ryan 3.
Our ministry to Estonia began in 1996. For the first few years we were doing a lot of small group meetings at homes, leading worship and teaching the Word of God.
Big part of our ministry has been recording Christian music in Estonian language. We have produced 3 projects so far. Also we had our own Radio Program, called "New Song"  on Family Radio network in Estonia. We did it for 10 years.
In 2004 The Lord placed in our hearts to move to Estonia to start a church in the city of Viljandi. We moved there without knowing anybody. We started a church there and were able to do many other things in that city.
Among other things, we were involved with city-wide evangelistic meetings, called Gospel Services. Kris had opportunity to preach and sing at those meetings. We produced a TV program of one of those services, it was aired on Life TV, Estonian Christian TV station. They are still playing the program every year during the Christmas season.
Here is a link to some of the recordings of that program.

We really would like to produce more of the Christian TV programs in Estonia.
In 2008 we moved back to Nashville. Kris's 85 yrs old mom's health has been declining and we felt in our hearts we needed to be close to her. We still are helping to take care of her. She is in stable condition, but needs daily assistance.
In summer of 2010 we took a short term missions trip back to Estonia and stayed there for 3 months. The Lord gave us many opportunities to minister and encourage God's people there. We preached at 7 churches and held a weekly prayer meeting, also helping at another church.  We saw that we still have ministry there in Estonia and desire to fulfill the calling God has placed on our hearts.
Kris is in a process of recording his new music project , called "Latter rain". It takes about the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in the last days.
here is a link to one of his songs he recorded in Estonia last tummer with an Estonian singer Annika Mai Purje.

We also have Europe in our hearts.
It is easy to go from Estonia to different parts of Europe. We would like to minister in surrounding countires, like Finland, Norway, Latvia, Russia and England.

God bless you all!
